The interface is available in English and Norwegian (Norsk), and can be switched via the language toggle in the top right. The AI can generate CVs in any language — it detects the language of your uploaded CV and offers to translate if needed.

You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings. When you cancel, your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Your saved CVs remain accessible.

Premium purchases are final because they deliver digital content instantly — so we recommend using the free tier first to test the product before buying. Refunds are issued only for technical faults on our side (reported within 48 hours), duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions. Our plans do not auto-renew, so there's no subscription to cancel. Users in Norway/EEA who have not used any premium feature retain the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Prices are shown in your local currency based on your location. We currently display prices in INR (India), NOK (Norway), EUR (Europe), GBP (UK), and USD (all other regions). The actual charge is processed in the displayed currency.

No. Your CV content is sent to Azure OpenAI solely to generate your results. It is not used to train AI models and is not stored after processing. Azure processes data under strict enterprise data processing agreements.

You can delete individual CVs from your Dashboard. To delete your entire account, contact us at support@makemycvnow.com and we'll process it within 30 days.
